Plastic carpet is plasticized with plastic material by parallelism mould extruding and calendar forming. It has the property of softness, bright color, comfortableness, weariness, non-flammability, resistance to humidity, which is suitable for cars, hotel, shopping mall, dance stage, house, etc. Due to water resistance of plastic, it is skid-proof in bathroom. Hikon has successfully supplied to customers: PVC carpet line; PS, PE carpet line; EVA carpet line.

PET is used widely in plastic processing field because it has good transparent, neutral in taste, high impact resistance,
 easy recyclability and other excellent properties.

    Usually, PET sheet extrusion line have up to three layers and two or three extruders. While the center layer of such 
products can contain a high percentage of recycled material, the outer layers consist of virgin resin combined with 
antiblock additives. Common are also structures with PETG, a modified, uncrystallizable PET, on the outer layers.
