HIKON Double stage Recycling plant has combination of two single stage extruder with special designed screw
This is the most appropriate process for the need of high mesh size filtration . The segmented Filtering System reduces the frequency of sieve changing.
It is applied for all kinds of plastic scraps which are dirty, highly printed, moistened or required for double continues filtration and degassing .
Processed Plastic materials: PPCP, PP/PE Raffia, PP Non woven, ABS, Nylon , LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, BOPP, CPP (Multilayer) , etc.
Material shapes: Rolls, Bundles, Loose, Grinded films, Grinded chips etc.
