Welcome to the official website of H.K. INDUSTRIES. These terms govern the sale, supply, and technical support of our HIKON-branded machinery. By partnering with us, you are engaging with over 45 years of engineering heritage in the plastic recycling sector.
1. Scope of Agreement
These terms apply to all transactions involving HIKON machinery, including our screw barrels, cutter compactors, and full-scale washing lines. We operate as a specialist manufacturer (H.K. INDUSTRIES), providing both individual units and complete turnkey projects for post-consumer recycling.
2. Engineering & Manufacturing Standards
Because we manufacture over 70% of our components in-house using CNC and VMC technology, we maintain strict control over our output.
a) Specifications: While we aim for total accuracy, HIKON reserves the right to make technical upgrades to machinery designs to improve performance or durability without prior notice.
b) In-House Production: Our commitment to "Made in India" quality means that critical parts like die-face cutters and crushers are built to our internal precision standards.
3. Quality Guarantee & ISO Compliance
We don’t just claim quality; we verify it. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, our Total Quality Management (TQM) policy is active at every production stage.
a) Pre-Dispatch Testing: Every machine is tested under load before it leaves our facility to ensure it is defect-free.
b) Material Sourcing: We use high-grade steel and gearbox motors sourced from India’s most reputable distributors. HIKON is not liable for secondary modifications made by the client after dispatch.
4. Global Installations & Service
With 5,600+ machines active in over 30 countries, our technical support is geared toward minimizing downtime.
a) Technical Support: We provide prompt service and troubleshooting. However, local site conditions, power stability, and operator skill remain the responsibility of the client.
b) Turnkey Solutions: For large-scale projects, specific project timelines and milestones will be governed by individual contract annexures.
5. Intellectual Property & Brand
The "HIKON" name and our proprietary machinery designs represent four decades of R&D. Any reproduction of our engineering drawings, machine layouts, or branding without the express written consent of H.K. INDUSTRIES will be met with legal action.
6. Liability Limits
H.K. INDUSTRIES shall not be held liable for indirect losses, loss of production, or damages resulting from the use of non-standard raw materials in our recycling lines. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of parts as defined in our warranty policy.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any legal disputes arising from our global or domestic sales shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts where our head office is located, governed by the laws of India.
